Fitness Challenge
With such a correllation between moving our bodies and positive mental health, why not organise a challange for yourself or gather a team to work together? Running, dancing, cylcing, climbing, swimming ... whatever you choose, you are looking after your own mental health AND helping us to support others in doing the same.
Host an Event
From coffee mornings to cake sales to birthday BBQs, we've seen it all! Whenever people gather together to connect, share some food, and raise funds for a good cause, it's a win. We are here to support your event.
Get Creative
What about a PJ Day at your local school? Or a Christmas Jumper Day at the office? You can create a fundraiser that works for you. If you can dream it up, we're here to support your most creative ideas.
Group Challenge
Get the gang together for a good cause. Teams have run across Ireland, performed in street choirs, participated in a motorcycle rallies and so much more to raise funds for our life-changing services. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you're part of a team.

Trasna 2025
In July of 2025, 5 teams took on the seemingly impossible challenge of running from Galway to Dublin. You read that right. Covering approximately 220km they are raised tons of awareness and over €30,000 for Grow Mental Health. Read more about their journey and the connection that helped them push through the night in the Grow Mental Health magazine, THRIVE (page 24).
24 Hour Achill Island Run
In the srpingtime of 2025, Torlaich Dever ran around his homeplace, Achill Island for 24 hours straight. It was an epic personal challenge and one that his entire community got behind. Torlaich rasied a whopping €18,800 for Grow Mental Health! Afterward, Torlaich was invited to share his story on the Ray D'Arcy Show.
