Running, dancing, cylcing, climbing, swimming ... whatever you choose you are looking after your own mental health AND helping us to support others in doing the same.
Host an Event

From coffee mornings to cake sales to birthday BBQs, we've seen it all! Whenever people gather together to connect, share some food, and raise funds for a good cause, it's a win. We are here to support your event.
Get Creative

What about a PJ Day at your local school? Or a Christmas Jumper Day at the office? You can create a fundraiser that works for you. If you can dream it up, we're here to support your most creative ideas.
Group Challenge

Get the gang together for a good cause. Teams have run across Ireland, performed in street choirs, participated in a motorcycle rallies and so much more. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you're part of a team.
