Fitness Challenge

With such a correllation between moving our bodies and positive mental health, why not organise a challange for yourself or gather a team to work together? Running, dancing, cylcing, climbing, swimming ... whatever you choose, you are looking after your own mental health AND helping us to support others in doing the same.

Group Challenge

Get the gang together for a good cause. Teams have run across Ireland, performed in street choirs, participated in a motorcycle rallies and so much more to raise funds for our life-changing services. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you're part of a team.

DIP@DUSK 2025

On the longest days of the year, we jumped into the sea, rivers, lakes, and pools to raise funds and awareness for Grow Mental Health and our life-changing supports across Ireland. This annual event will take place over the Summer Solstice every year. Sign up to the Grow mailing list to stay updated.

Trasna 2026

Each team member will run beyond a marathon distance. Together, they’ll cross Ireland - from Galway to Dublin - 220km. If you can spare anything - a donation, a share, a conversation - it helps more than you know. Awareness is action.

24 Hour Achill Island Run

In the srpingtime of 2025, Torlaich Dever ran around his homeplace, Achill Island for 24 hours straight. It was an epic personal challenge and one that his entire community got behind. Torlaich rasied a whopping €18,800 for Grow Mental Health! Afterward, Torlaich was invited to share his story on the Ray D'Arcy Show.
