Fitness Challenge
With such a positive correllation between moving our bodies and positive mental health, why not organise a challange for yourself or gather a team to work together. Running, walking, cylcing, climbing, swimming...whatever you choose you are looking after your own mental health AND helping us to support others in doing the same.

Host an Event
From coffee mornings to cake sales to birthday BBQs, we've seen it all! Whenever people gather together to connect, share some food, and raise funds for a good cause, it's a win. We are here to support your event.

Get Creative
What about a PJ Day at your local school? Or a Christmas Jumper Day at the office? You can create a fundraiser that works for you. We're here to support your most creative ideas.

Group Challenge
Get the gang together for a good cause. Teams have run across Ireland, performed in street choirs, participated in a motorcycle rally and so much more. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you're part of a team.

Raffle Fundraiser
Creat an online raffle in aid of Grow Mental Health. You gather the prizes and we can halp you take care of the rest!

In Memory
What better way to honour a loved one than by raising vital funds in their name for mental health support in Ireland? Sometime we want to do more after they are gone so that their memory lives on and on. We are here to help you create that legacy wth a memorial fundraising event in their name.
