I've created this page because I want to make a difference.
I'm inspired by the work of Grow Mental Health, so I wanted to raise money by fundraising my way.
Please help me help them by giving whatever you can. The more people that know about Grow, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
Personally, I have used GROW in the past and they are an incredible organisation that relies on these types of events.
Move-ember is not about being fit, it is just about moving. Moving the body will enhance and increase positive emotions including confidence, self worth, decrease depression and anxiety.
