I love long runs on Sunday being in bed by 9 and a low resting heart rate. 

All jokes aside running has given me the freedom to challenge myself in so many ways and build characteristics that transfer to all aspects of life. 

It has also given me the chance to wear questionably short shorts and get away with it!!

Delighted to be involved in Trasna this year. Mainly played football my whole life but have chanced my arm at some distance running in the past.

Back again for Trasna ‘26. I had second thoughts about joining again this year because I wasn’t sure last year could have been topped. Such an honor and a privilege to be part of such a great cause raising awareness and money for mental health. Not much training has gone towards this so it’ll be pure ignorance, jellies and Supermacs driving me through this 😂 I LOVE RUNNING
