By 100km Marathon for men's mental health Join Me

I've created this page because I want to make a difference.

Hi all, 

As some of you may know, I took up road running back in the summer of 2023 and since then, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with it. Over the past while, I’ve had the chance to take part in a bunch of events: a few 5km and 10km races, a couple of 10-milers, a half marathon, and even the Dublin Marathon!
Looking back on how far I’ve come, I started asking myself… so what’s next? 
So, here it is: On June 20th, 2026, I’ll be taking on the Tralee 100km Ultra Marathon in aid of a cause that means a lot to me and many others across Ireland: Grow Ireland for Men’s Mental Health.
 I’ll also be kicking off my training journey and sharing regular updates. If any local businesses would like to sponsor or support in any way, just drop me a message I’d be hugely grateful.
I hope you’ll get behind me on this mad journey whether it's a share, a cheer, a donation, or even joining me for a few kms. Any donations os greatly received and of you can't donate please share 🫶
