Dip@Dusk Sunday 21st June at 5pm - Tramore Strand, Co. Waterford

You are all very welcome to join me for my Dip@Dusk on Sunday 21st of June at 5pm at Tramore Strand.  I will hopefully be after completing the Viking Marathon earlier on the 21st of June.  This will be a celebration of the months of hard work and the positive impact the cold water has had as part of my recovery after the training.
