One stroke at a time (swimming) DIP@DUSK

By Treasa Twomey Join Me

We are diving into action to fund life-changing support

Please join our DIP and help us reach our fundraising goal!

An Ireland where no one needs to navigate mental health challenges or life's struggles alone.

To support the many members who need the Online weekly meetings and are unable to join face to face.
To swim for those who either can not swim or perhaps leave their homes.

Please support DIP@DUSK

Hi Treasa, I hope this finds you well these days and enjoying the sunshine. If you are chatting with Mary please tell her I said a big hi from Wales. I warmly remember our Monday afternoon meetings. I will do a swim in our mountain lake in Wales over the Solstice. and think of you all in Ireland. Keep well. All the best with the fundraisers. Trish
