Grow Mental Health is a charity that provides life-changing support to anyone in Ireland (over 18) dealing with mental health challenges. We all know the effects of stress, anxiety and unhealthy thoughts can have on our mental wellbeing. Grow is a life-saver and we want to make sure they can carry on providing and expand their network of free, inclusive, mental health peer support groups in communities all over Ireland and online.
