Why am I doing TRASNÀ
Thursday 18th Jun For me, running has always been my escape it’s how I manage my mental health and find quiet when everything else feels stressful . TRASNA is about proving something simple but powerful, with the right mindset, you can do anything, because the body follows where the mind leads. Every KM will be a reminder that the hard days are worth pushing through, and that none of us have to face them alone.
