I've created this page because I want to make a difference.
Mental health is an issue that affects many people, including those close to us. I have seen firsthand the impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and their families. By taking on this skydive, I hope to not only conquer my fears but also raise awareness and funds for a cause that is incredibly important to me. I choose Grow Mental Health Ireland as I feel that this organisation is contributing hugely to the awareness and providing peer support to people suffering with mental health challenges.
