Everyone shows up week in week out and gets moving, intervals are the hardest part of running training(for me anyways), but how good you feel mentally and physically after getting them done-with the best support is hard bet !

I feel incredibly privileged to be able to run, and through it I’ve found friendships that I cherish today-being able to take part in Trasna together means the world to me and will forever be a core memory, Running has taught me the mental grit to keep pushing forward through any challenge, no matter how difficult it may feel mentally and physically- Trasna is a going to be my biggest challenge to date and having the right support and community around you- you can achieve anything!
