I'm fundraising for Grow Mental Health
Whenever I need to clear my head, I always find myself returning to what I know best: running. It has taught me the value of perseverance, resilience, and the power of community.
That’s why I am incredibly proud to support Grow Mental Health once again, whose vision is to create an Ireland where no one has to navigate mental health challenges or life’s struggles alone.
This August, I’ll be taking part in Trasna, a relay event that sees teams run across Ireland from Galway to Dublin over a 24 hour period. It’s about more than the miles — it’s about raising awareness, building connections, and helping ensure that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Friday 19th JunMental health affects us all in some way. Whether through our own experiences or those of family or friends, we all know the importance of having a support system. Organisations like Grow Mental Health provide hope, connection, and understanding to thousands of people, helping them realise that they are never alone.
