From the Sidelines to the Startline
Tuesday 4th AugLast year, injury meant I experienced Trasna from the passenger seat rather than the road. While it wasn’t the role I’d hoped for, it showed me what this event is truly about.
This year, I finally get to take on the challenge as a runner. I’m so excited to run from Galway to Dublin in support of Grow Mental Health. For me, Trasna is about so much more than running - it’s about community, resilience, and proving we’re capable of more than we think.
