Help me raise funds as I DIP@DUSK for Grow Mental Health
The Utmost International Team have chosen to raise funds by taking a dip during the longest days of the year, why? Well, firstly we love the mental health benefits of a cold dip. When we are in the water, any worries or negative feelings melt away. Our head is clear and we are connected to the sheer power of nature.
Secondly, we know the power of connecting and having fun with other people. Being with friends and family recharges our mental health battery.
Finally, Grow Mental Health is a charity that provides life-changing support to anyone in Ireland (over 18) dealing with mental health challenges. We know the effects work stress and life in general can have on our mental wellbeing. We are glad that Grow exists and want to make sure they can carry on providing and expand their network of free, inclusive, mental health peer support groups in communities all over Ireland and online.
